Damian Mackey, Tasmania's original triple distiller, is back with NEW WHISKY. Creating his interpretation of Ireland's favourite style affords him the opportunity to acknowledge his heritage, build on what has come before, and celebrate Tasmania's excellent whisky -producing conditions and ingredients.

Damian and Madeleine Mackey are big fans of both Irish and Tasmanian whisk(e)ys, and triple distillation has become their signature.
